SHIPPING TERMS
We are based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, but ship worldwide.
We work hard to send out your order as soon as possible. Within The Netherlands, packages are usually delivered within 4 working days. For customers outside of The Netherlands, shipping can take longer, up to a maximum of 30 days.
We mainly supply through DHL, however we may use other carriers in circumstances where these are more practical or economical.
If you haven’t received your order, or experience any problems with the delivery, please contact us at mr-q@q-coffee.com and we will assist you in tracking down your package.
RETURNS
+ EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
